JimThe real difference is the triple trees, the V700 had a steeper
laterrake, shorter wheelbase)..so, you can use an Amb or Eldo tank on a V700butthe V700 tank will not fit the others....

Hmmm... Interesting... I used to put a 750 tank on my '67 700 when Ia little more gas capacity. It worked find except I had to put someunder the coil to lower it so it would clear the bottom of the tank.
