Hey, I'm lucky that the outside pipe to the sewer is cracked (???) go
figure. If it wasn't my basement would be in the same condition as yours.
Instead it's all outside.
We'll see what the plumber says tonight..

I meant the STATE you live in! Not the TOWN! Actually my Aunt lives north of
Grand Rapids..nice there and LOTS of SNOW!! I think I told you that already
though.... Oh, and keep your s**t up there. I have my own S**t to deal with
here, after all that snow we got and then the thaw (rain on top of it) my
floor drain in my basement backs up and I found out I was really in the
S**t!!!
