Rick,
I had a Honda 160 last year. The headlight has a light bulb inside of it
but there's no way to get inside the head light itself and change that bulb,
it just looks that way. The headlights for little old Hondas are expensive
as hell. You may want to look for a 5" halogen head light with replaceable
bulb set up thought. Just that I think all the modern halogens are 12v.
