I live near Harrisburg, but have not ever seen a loop on the road here.
One idea for you, There is a Guzzi dealer here, Koups. I did see 2 loops
in back that were in for servicing. Neither had a fairing. This was before I
got mine and I did not pay attention to the details.
Anyway, maybe Koups may recognize this bike and have a lead for you.
