This is what it is...another way to boost up the price with a "handling
fee". I suppose he will think I am a cheapy and negative feedback will be
coming my way. I never mind paying any amount if it is fair. Oh

and learn. Certainly something to consider when bidding on an item.

Depends on how big the bags and how heavy. But $92 does seem like to
much. Hell it was only $60 to send a frame that way! I bet he is
charging a handling fee also.

Sounds like a lot but I have to ask. I can't imagine all the goods
