Hi Dorien,
Are these the original shocks made by "Lims" (the preload adjuster has
"bumps" around it's circumference, chrome springs, black body)? I've
been trying to find any mention of quantity and viscosity, but there's
nothing in any of my manuals. You might try giving Moe a ring at Cycle
Gardenhttp://www.cyclegarden.com- the website says they restore them,
maybe he has an answer for you.
If they should happen to be Konis (a common upgrade), I remember seeing
the rebuild procedure in the V7 Sport workshop manual. I'll check
if/when I can find mine. Cheers,
