I know I've been over this before, but in the end is it just as easy to
pull the engine than jacking the back of the engine up and wrestling
with the tranny ?
Also, when people say oil pours out of a rear main seal its hard to
determine what they mean. Sometimes mine leaks during the first minute
after a cold start 4-5 big drops out of the hole on the trans housing.
THen every time I have to stop at a stop sign I'll look and never really
see it leaking when the bike is hot and running. After parking it for
the day it may leak another 4-5 big drops its not like i'm having to put
oil in it every 100 miles
It is engine oil and not gear oil I'm sure of that.
