Hi Derek,
I've heard an early 60's Ford Falcone regulator is a good replacement
for the Marelli equipment, but haven't tried one myself. If I remember
correctly the mounting bracket will need to be modified or another one
fabbed. Or you could just order a regulator from MG Cycle and save the
hassle of finding one. I bought a NOS Marelli one on eBay for about the
same cost as an aftermarket replacement - you may be able to also.
