Hi Ted,
Yes, the bolts do hold the front main bearing flange in place also. The
V7 Sport shop manual lists the torque figure for them as 22 ft/lbs. -
should be the same for Loops as it's essentially the same engine.

Hi Ted,
If your new tensioner is the "aftermarket bow-type" one on their
website, no it won't hurt to leave the bolts that secured the o.e.
tensioner
