Just buzzed all around TR without dying at any stops. Might could
(moving to GA next month) use a little bit more, maybe half a turn? but
this is the life. I can stop and not worry if I can start again before
getting rear ended.

Based on what you have just described here, I would hold the throttle

and give each idle speed screw (the ones with the spring showing) one to
two
full turns clockwise and then try start the bike again and see how it
runs.
You can always adjust them as you ride to achieve the best idle.
