I think the rake on the Ambo's and Eldo's provides better handling.

If you have the correct tripple tree for a V700, (look at the following
link)
 it will work, if you use the tripple tree that goes with the disc front end
it
 will NOT work, the back of the top cover of the tripple tree will hit the
tank.

Anybody know if the disc brake eldo front end will work on a 68 V700
frame
 
 with the small tank....can't think why it wouldn't but thought I'd ask
anyway......
