What type of loop, Ambo or Eldo? Think David Otis may be able to help
you out if you need a NOS Ambo bearing, if Eldo, think it is readily
available, check with Mark at MG Classics or MG Cycle. Moe at Cycle
Garden may be able to help also. Just went through this dilemma with my
71 Ambo, mechanic wound up buying an Eldo rear tranny case/cover and
used the Eldo bearing which is much better than the Ambo bearing. Will
find out if all is better probably tonight.

Good Luck.

I knew something like this would happen.

I get the alternate controls on the bike. Fix the cables so they work
with
the controls (2 minute soldering job) and discover I can't get the
clutch to
disengage.

it seems I am missing the throwout bearing just behind the clutch arm.

Any shops got one around?
