OK, good to know. What I have now is only 2 wires running from the
Generator and they are both connected to the same contact. I will

I believe if you look on |
| back of the generator you will see a "DF" or "D+" on one of the terminals. There will actually be three wires coming from the generator. The grey-red wire runs to the "D+" terminal on the Voltage Regulator. From the same terminal a red wire will run to the warning lamp on your speedo housing. A white wire will run from the "DF" terminal to the voltage regulator.
