I've had great luck cutting a slot in the end with a dremel and then using

found another broken bolt from the previous owner under my battery tray. He
evidently tried to get this out, and in the process broke off his drill bit
flush with the broken bolt. Any ideas on how to get this out? Before I
knew it was a drill bit, I tried to drill into it, but to no avail.

Thanks,
