Dennis,

Yup......same problem as you.....lousy contacts in the snuff box.

I did as you...cleaned the contacts and the horn has worked ok since. I =
used some dielectric grease in there to hopefully ward off the =
oxidation. I havn't had to go back in yet.

Not sure if a relay would help but I would be interested in hearing how =
you make out if you go that route.

My question is......have others had nuisance problems with horns on =
loopframes? Do you run a relay on your horn circuit, and is that the =
solution? I would like to be able to get on my Eldo every ride and know =
that my horn will work, and from the day I bought this bike, I have =
never had that assurance from week to week. Any input would be =
appreciated.
