Anywhere you want them to go....

Actually, they go in front of the rear pegs. Causes a dilema if you
have bags as the passenger then has no way to position there feet in
between the bags and guards. I found a chrome footpeg bracket kit in a
Harley close-out sale bin which was perfect for what I wanted (think it
was a highway peg kit), just had to drill an extra hole in the brackets
and they bolted right up to where the muffler mounts and the saddle bag
rack mounts (think it was the bag mount). Looks great and re-positions
the pegs in front of the rear crash guard. An alternate I have seen on
my neighbors Eldo is a u-bolt wrapped around the frame in front of the
guards which holds the pegs. Not a problem if you don't have a
passenger or bags though.

Good Luck.

them to mount. does the lower mount flange go in front of the passenger
pegs
or behind?
