Hah!!!! There are apparently several posts regarding this header mis-match;
all of which say to just look at the engine and cylinder alignment. I said
the same thing off-list.

DOH! You'd think with all of the tinkering expertise on this list, at least
one of us would actually KNOW right off which cylinder is further forward. I
still don't know accurately and I'm not about to walk down to the garage just
to check.
