Subject: neutral cutout

Some time ago someone gave a rundown on how to wire around the
neutral cutout, so the bike will start in gear, it was pretty simple as
I remember and I'm too lazy to try to rethink it. Could you please
repost it, and does the neutral light still work normally with the fix?
