I've got Bub pipes on my Eldo and have the same clearance problems. These have a reverse cone at the rear, but it's black and not chrome. Just one of the many things I'm gonna have to "engineer" on my EVIL IT project.
I just found the seat that was on the bike when I purchased it, and it's bigger than I rembered, but still doesn't look like it's going to be too comfy.
I've got a friend checking into the police-style saddle used on the PD H-D's. This rig apparently has an air bladder suspension. With my Eldo being as chopped as it is, I might be able to "engineer" that too. It will probably be cheaper than a repro or definietely cheaper than an original Guzzi solo seat.
