Hi All,
Just got all the hardware I sent to be zinc plated back and boy does it look nice! At Brian Murphy's recommendation (thanks Brian!) I used Metal Finishing in Grand Prairie, TX (http://www.metalfinishingcorp.com) for the work. I sent them over over 150 parts, some as small as the clips and screws that hold the distributor cap on, the largest were the axles and generator bracket. Everything looks like NOS parts now, the quality is probably at least equal to original. Total cost including return shipping and c.o.d charges (they don't take credit cards) was $59.68. What a deal! The only downside is a slightly inaccurate turn-around estimate - they quoted me two weeks and it ended up being four weeks. In their defense, this is their busy season they told me. Maybe quicker in the winter months? In any case, definitely worth the money and the wait! Cheers,

Charlie
