 I'm not sure of the total for all the colors ,the 5 number was quoted
to me for the white tank V-700. Of course I'm not sure of that number
either. I think Mark can be pretty sure there were indeed V-700s other
than the red ones in any event. Even the Mick Walker book mentions the
'68 V-700 in other colors. His book being much smaller in size is far
less suitable for beating people over the head.(For those so

I take mine anywhere without worrying WITHOUT disc brakes ! But then
again I never worried on ANY bike ,even the BRIT bikes with LUCAS
electrics !And they NEVER let me down.At least since 1966 !
