Subject: Front brake adjustment for Eldo

My front brake on my Eldo, not disk, needs adjustment. The shoes are good,
but I just can't seem to get enough braking. Can anyone here walk me
through the initial set up on the brake drum. I had someone at a rally try
to tell me something about changing the amount of leverage in the rear shoe,
but since he "fiddled", I can't get much braking.
