I would add a caveat here. If the coater is using high temp curing (around
375 deg F), avoid coating aluminum parts as they will become brittle ( an
exploded 80 cu. ft. scuba tank illustrated the point at one US dive shop).
In the same vein, sheetmetal may warp (relieved stresses). Best talk to your
coater before proceeding.
