I believe that RoadCrafter was designed to be pretty airy so as not to overheat
the wearer. Now, we were riding two up on the Eldo in Kansas on 90+ days behind
a Wixom Ranger fairing and I never got overheated (leather jacket and jeans). I
think that I would have been even cooler than that with the RoadCrafter. If you
are in the DC area, come on by and you can try out my suit.

Don't forget that you get a 10% discount from RiderWarehouse if you walk in and
buy a suit (even if you need alterations). And you'll get a custom fit for you
try on samples and then sit on their non-wheeled bike on the showroom floor so
that they can see how the armor fits and if you need longer/shorter pant legs or
sleeves. And you get to look at all the other goodies they sell.

wow, no kidding? Thanks for the info! I've been holding back on
getting an aerostich because they look hot to me. Hmmm, now I'll have
to use the 'too expensive' excuse, LOL. This might be just the ticket
to get me up to the 'boring motorcycle rally' or whatever they call it
(up in MN).
I also quit wearing leathers altogether, since the synthetics are so
much more comfortable and adaptable.

Cheers,
Jason

But I have found that the RoadCrafter is far more 'airier' than the my

warm
(hate being cold).
