Thanks for the clear info on this sludge trap, I might have been thinkin I didnt have one if I couldnt see it from just pulling the pan.
Hey, How serious is this sludge trap anyway? meaning, mine was sitting for who knows how long and the pan bottom had thick goo covering it. I wonder how mush oil is getting thru the sludge trap right now? At this point I will leave well enough alone and keep this in mind if I have to get in there.
