I need the Eldo fender as part of my solution. If you start with the T front end and a stock drum Eldo you need to fabricate/obtain:

Fork tubes (F-ing by Frank)
Fork caps (machinist)
axle (machinist)
axle spacer (machinist)
disk spacer (machinist)

How much do you think we are talking here? Over $500 for those five items? Add at least $100 for stuff from MG cycle.
