Hi Noel,

My new Teknic Supervent arrived today and looks (and fits) like it
should be just about perfect for me. Only $86 including shipping too! I
know of one rider who collided with a deer at 50mph or so and slid down
a tar-and-chip country road with a Joe Rocket mesh jacket on. The jacket
did it's job and prevented any road rash - depends too on how far you
slide I guess. Cheers,

Charlie

I recently bought a mesh jacket at the local Suzuki dealer. It looks and
fits pretty good. I can't recall the brand name right now, but its not
one of the most popular.I'll write it down when I go home and let you
know. I paid about $120 for it. There is a catalogue company called
www.motosports.com or something like that that makes their own stuff and
also imports jackets and clothing from europe. The prices are good and
the quality and testimonials are great. I would check'em out. These mesh
jackets all look cool, but the litmus test is will they save you when
your're surfing down the street on your chest at 65mph!
