Hey Kev, I used to train national insurance companies and brokerage firms for
a local publishing firm. I know for a fact that one of the "things" that
insurance companies fear more than attorneys is your state Insurance Commissioner.
I would immediately begin communication with the MI Ins. Commissioner. I
don't know their protocol, but contact by that office to insurance company will
surely stir up some action. Get shitty, get mean, my God man, you are relegated
