Hi Ron,
Thanks for the heads-up. I should have known that Dave R. had something
to say about the matter :> After reading Dave's recommended change, I
have to say that it appears to be the proper way to add a
filter...taking into consideration everything the factory did in later
models.
Making this change during a restoration is certainly the way to go. I'm
not likely to tear the engine back down now just to make the needed
modifications.
