First thing I did with my Loop that was in good shape but had been
sitting a while was to take the carbs apart and go through them.
They're real simple, just about like an Amal carb on a Britbike except
they have the little accelerator pumps in them, just be careful to note
down which way they go in and out. You probably have something like a
float being half-full of gas, or the float needle not seating all the
time, or maybe the rubber seal on the enrichener isn't sealing right.
Don't hesitate to tackle them, you'll know a lot more about your bike
when you're done....
