Ted:

Drain the oil and check the magnetic drain plug for flakes.

I've heard that it's not unusual to replace the main and have it leak again.

Hey guys. About 100 miles ago I replaced my rear main seal and
yesterday I noticed it was leaking again, while just sitting in
the garage. This scares me because I am thinking one of my
cylinders may have flaking chrome which is grinding on the seal.
Is there an easy way to see if chrome is in the oil or should I
just pull the heads?
