Bill and Dane:
Thanks for the vote of confidence. Ya, those little kids can be a
pain, sometimes they show up at all hours. The tank decals I make are
slightly different from the ones used on the V700, from what I can tell
from some pics I've seen the eagle has a white background (mine are
clear) and the 'Moto Guzzi' is solid without drop shadow lettering. The
factory and dealers have been known to mix things up and use up old
stock parts on new bikes and vice versa. Take a look at what I have,
everything that's there is available. Contact me off list and I'll set
you up.

Who was it that made the V700 battery cover decals we were just
discussing? I forgot to make note of it and would like to send folks
there who ask.
Gotta go...those damn kids are here again, Ow! No, get away!! Sheesh!

 Dane,
John Prusnek is the decal man....he's so good at it, that small children constantly carry him through the streets of Northern Ohio on their shoulders singing his praises!!!http://myweb.core.com/photos/spajohn@raex.com/MotoGuzziDecals

I was just curious if those decals were still going to be available soon. I
think I'm going to leave my V700 original, as opposed to stripping it down
and trying to restore it, until something serious goes wrong with it. Its in
pretty good shape (sitting since 83) but I would like to have and eagle and
the Guzzi name on the tank.
