It'll fit, but the speedo drive on the T trans is located vertically and would require a hole in the battery tray and a slight relocation of the battery. you can switch rear covers, or have someone machine a new hole in the correct position (about 2 o'clock if looking at from the rear instead of 12) and plug the original hole. Otherwise, no other issues that I can recall. My Eldo has a T trans in it, hole cut in the battery tray.
