I just got off the telephone with David Otis, and perused my communicationweekend;
with him via email, and reiterated our focal points of the telephone
conversation we had while he was en route to a gun show & I was about to
leave my house to drive to Fredericksburg, VA.
To make a long, boring story short, David stated he needed the funds by
Monday. I told him I'd transfer via PayPal during the course of the

In my (naive!?) opinion, that means a sealed deal has been arrived at with
verbal recognition. I feel that that commitment should have stood until
midnight, Sunday.
I had no idea I'd be dealing with a vehicle fiasco as I've been through
the last 24 hours.....but knew I would be able to satisfy the terms of ouras
agreement this afternoon....but lo & behold, I see that the arrangement,
based solely on lack of an ability, not desire, to communicate, had David
hastily sell the transmission & rear end to someone else.
Bottom line, is, I'm very displeased with the demeanor of this situation
it was presented in the "timely" fashion that it has gone down.regarding
