I agree with Paul, dealings of a personal nature are better kept just
that - personal. This is between you and Dave, the general list doesn't
need to be party to this type of situation. In Dave's defense, I must

In my (naive!?) opinion, that means a sealed deal has been arrived at

verbal recognition. I feel that that commitment should have stood until

I had no idea I'd be dealing with a vehicle fiasco as I've been throughthe last 24 hours.....but knew I would be able to satisfy the terms ofas
our
agreement this afternoon....but lo & behold, I see that the arrangement,
based solely on lack of an ability, not desire, to communicate, had
David
hastily sell the transmission & rear end to someone else.
Bottom line, is, I'm very displeased with the demeanor of this situationit was presented in the "timely" fashion that it has gone down.regarding
