Hey All,
Well....after dealing with the White Eldo's grabby clutch I have decided to
take it to the next level....replace the clutch components. After talking
with Rick and Gord (of MG Cycle) I have decided that the problem has to be a
warped intermediate plate or clutch plates. Rick and Gord think that the
problem is in the Sure Flex clutch plates. I guess we'll see on Sat. Ed and
I will pull the engine and replace the components (springs, clutch plates,
intermediate plate). Plates will be riveted instead of bonded.
Anyone want to guess what is causing all of this? I am hoping to see some
kind of indication of failure.
