Sorry, I think that you may have misread it. The scale on the meter is
for 8 cylinders. The face says that if measuring for a four cylinder
engine, double the reading. So, for a 2 cylinder engine do I multiply by
what? 4? 8?
Thanks,
-AJ

Subject: How many RPM's?
Hello all, in the absence of a working tach, I picked up one of those
dwell/volt/tach meters from Sears. On reading the meter, for a 4
cylinder
engine, it says multiply the 8 cylinder reading by 2. For 2 cylinders do
I
multiply by 4?
Thanks,
-AJ
