Hey All,
I'm going over the 69 Ambo and I noticed a little oil film under the speedo
nacelle. Is it possible that tranny oil can migrate up the speedo cable? The
cable sheathing is cracked where it meets the metal threaded portion that
screws into the speedo unit.
It is also possible that the fork seals could be bad. Do you think that the
pressure of the forks compressing could cause the oil to be released in a
fine mist?
