Thanks for all the answers. In my pile of stuff that came with the Eldo
there were those chrome (rusty) front and rear "bumpers" that attached
to the fenders like in the photo Roberto sent me (thanks). I won't be
using them, so I guess I can use little rubber plugs to fill those holes
and the extra cable loop hole in thr front fender.

In the rear of the rear fender, ther are two holes to mount the fender
to the "loop" of the frame, then a bit lower are three holes for the
taillight bracket, and then below them three more, a bit smaller? What
goes there?

Also, on the front fender there are two fairly large holes on the upper
sides of the fender to the rear of the vertical mounting tabs. One is
for the rubber brake cable stay, but what goes in the other?
