Here in Wisconsin you pay a one time $75 fee and get collector plates and
title. The license is good forever, but you cannot ride it during Jan and
Feb. That goes for all collector plate vehicles, cages included.

Historic plates also apply in MD, about 85 bucks for two year registration, no inspection. Bike must be 25 years old or older.
