That's why the LOCK RING DOES NO GOOD . IF the nuts are torqued
properly the rings won't disintegrate .
Tighten them right ONE time and RIDE. Leave the tools at home where
they belong :-). I don't mind working on them AT HOME. But NEVER on the
road.

Exactly...you gotta tighten them while its hot, or they
will work loose. I did mine that way 2 years ago, and
they've not moved yet...except for the side I took apart
and broke a frigging ring of course.
