I believe my 74 has the paint marks only. Tomorrow I get to replace my
clutch and track down a pesky oil leak. Think it may be the two lower bolts
on the rear bearing. That and clean the carbs as Daisy ran like crap
tonight. Haven't taken her out in a few weeks and I think she may just be
pissed. Once my other motor shows up for Elvira I will be diving into that
with earnest and getting it ready for installation. That and a looooong list
of other parts that need attention.

Hi Ted,
Looked at a bunch of my sprockets today just out of curiousity and they
all have punch marks too. Maybe later Guzzis cheaped out and had paint
dots or Dave Richardson was thinking of something else? Cheers,
