Alright, Name is Steve, been riding for 20 years or so. Started out on a 67
BSA Spitfire rat bike, which I traded even for a really hot-roded Guzzi
850T. It was real fast, but didn't last real long. I bought a loop frame
cop bike that I am ashamed to admit I used for parts to keep the 850T
running. I worked as a limey motorcycle mechanic at the time which meant I
was really broke and didn't have much choice.
Over the years I've owned:
1959 Triumph Bonneville
1967 BSA Spitfire (that still gives Tony nightmares at Eurosport in Fort
Worth)
1967 Triumph Tiger
196X Triumph Daytona
1969 BSA Lightning
1970 BSA Thunderbolt
197X Triumph TR6C
197X BSA Rocket III
1973 Triumph Bonneville 750
1953 Harley FL Chopper
1953 Harley FL
1953 Harley in a later model swingarm frame
1974 Harley FLH
197X Aeromachi Harleys(two of them)
1978 BMW R100S
1974 Moto Guzzi 850T
1975 Moto Guzzi 850T
197X Moto Guzzi Eldo Cop Bike
Also, an old Neval Russian bike and an old Sears allstate.
Currently I am owned by a 1969 Moto Guzzi Ambassador (one of the really
early ones that Ian wrote about).
BTW, if anybody has a set of mufflers for this thing they wanna sell...
