Howdy
My name is Charles and I have addicted my wife, as well.
I have been riding loops since 1975, on and off. My wife started riding
again about two years ago and purchased a Virago 535, but was never happy
with it. At the MGNOC Nationals in 2003, I convinced her to ride the 1974
LAPD Eldorado, 4LS that Greg Field was selling. I explained that my first
loop was this same model and year. She was a little hesitant, but agreed to
give it a romp. Janet fell in love, bought and now lovingly owns and RIDES
the Eldo. She has named it Dora. She is still getting used to having
people come up every time we stop somewhere, just to talk about the bikes.
I usually ride my Moto Guzzi Nuovo Falcone Tattico when she goes along as
she seldom exceeds the posted speed limits, though she is going around the
corners much faster than the suggested speed limits. When I go out to clear
out the cobwebs, and she is not interested (raining or cooler), I ride my
Rosso Mandello, #265. It is absolutely wonderful to have my choice of three
beautiful Moto Guzzis when considering a ride. Nice to always have someone
to ride with and talk about loops and Guzzis in general.

member, how about standing up in front of the class and telling us about
yourself, your Guzzi(s), how you came to own a Guzzi, what other bikes
you've owned, etc. - anything of interest really.
