I guess I have never really looked at the manual but rather referred to
Guzziology. Yeah...the bigger bit goes towards the heads.
Good call on the jets too. Talk about your design flaws eh? :-)
For the record, Main jet (the one that goes into the pump assembly) is a
145. The pilot jet is 45. Should be written on the jet.
Correct me if I'm wrong please.

Are your carbs square slides?check to see if you have both slides in correctly.The book shows them back wards.the bigger part goes towards the heads.and make sure you havent transposed the jets.If all this fails,call |
