If you are getting the compression at 150 I think the cylinders will be ok. Certainly if there is oil getting into the cylinders you will see blue smoke. Is it possible that one of the o-rings is leaking?
I believe the jets are available, the slides I am not sure. The taper needles may be hard to find.

28 Feb is my birthday :-) I was thinking about ordering new jets slides and needles along with the tune up stuff. I am starting to get a lot of spark plugs fowling out on the left cylinder also, I kinda wonder if the chrome is giving in.
